We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our client in the Brampton area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.

Wednesday-Sunday Shift 6AM-2:30PM (must be able to work full-time and the Sat/Sun shift)

Pay: $25/hour + 4% vacation pay = $26.00/hour

• Please note this is a payroll position and will not be paid on a corporation**

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport freight to designated locations.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes taken, and deliveries made.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.

Experience

• Must have a valid DZ or AZ license with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Must have a clean drivers abstract and a reference from a past employer
• Must have good communication skills because you will be customer facing
