Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Education Manager, you will lead the education strategy within your assigned territory, adapting the North America strategy to meet the specific needs of your region. You will be responsible for driving the achievement of retail sales goals, elevating client service standards, and increasing Beauty Stylist retention and productivity. This will be achieved through the delivery of tailored training seminars, driving point-of-sale initiatives, and providing coaching and specialized training in key doors. By collaborating closely with the sales team, you will focus on reducing turnover by developing highly motivated, knowledgeable, and productive Beauty Stylists and Counter Managers. Your role will ensure alignment with Dior’s core values and long-term vision for people development, while continuously adapting strategies to meet local market demands.
