Job Title: Electrical TechnologistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Electrical Technologist to support our clients. The ideal candidate will coordinate, prioritize, and resolve issues encountered by customers, analyze system failures, identify and restore equipment malfunctions, and perform a variety of duties including servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removing equipment. You will also conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications.Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• Experience with oscilloscopes and test equipment.
• Proficiency in debugging, aviation, electrical, electronics, or radio frequency.
• Field service experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot networking and PC hardware issues, including radio and networking equipment.
• 2+ years of experience as a field service technician.
• Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting, analyzing, and configuring radio and desktop equipment and systems.
• Experience in servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removing equipment.

Work EnvironmentYou will work on-site alongside a small team of two other technologists. On-call duties include one week of evening and weekend on-call duty per month, rotating with the team. Responsibilities during on-call include answering calls and on-site troubleshooting at the 24/7 airport. Standby pay is one hour per day, with response pay being a minimum of four hours for the first call and additional work paid by the half-hour. Operating hours are from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with typical shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. The current team includes one supervisor and two technicians, with plans to expand to two offices with around eight people in total.
