The Opportunity!

Are you a sales professional looking to be trained and enter a new industry with unlimited potential and long-term growth opportunities? HUB is searching for multiple Employee Benefits Sales Representatives specializing in Business-to-Business Employee Benefits sales to join our team. This role is part of an extremely rare chance to learn from prominent Executive Sales Leaders and our National Accounts Team across Canada.

This training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge to develop and build your own Employee Benefits portfolio. As a developed Employee Benefits Specialist, you gain the opportunity to form and advise on a need essential to the function of any growing business.

Upon completion of the program, this role will transition into a Permanent full-time career within our Employee Benefits department. Some of these potential roles include:

  • Account Executive, Employee Benefits

  • Employee Benefits, Account Manager

  • Employee Benefits & Retirement Analyst

This position will be based on-site in offices within Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba.

What you will bring to the role –

  • Desire and ability to obtain specialized Employee Benefits licensing.

  • Sales experience is required.

  • Sales experience specialized in B2B sales is considered an asset.

  • Understanding of Employee Benefits Program design and implementation is considered an asset.

  • Sales driven mindset with the dedication to produce results and determination to exceed sales targets.

  • Pro-active self-starter with an extraordinary attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with multiple target audiences through multiple forms of communication.

  • Eager to learn and apply new knowledge.

  • Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment.

  • Proficiency in windows-based computer systems.

The Responsibilities

  • Learn how to support medium to large sized business creating affordable, competitive, and sustainable Employee Benefits Programs.

  • Using your superior communication and service skills advising clients on how to improve and build their Employee Benefits programs.

  • Building connections and cultivating new business within the Employee Benefits space.
