As an Employment Specialist, you will play a key role in connecting job seekers with available positions, supervising small teams of employees, qualifying applications, and scheduling interview & business appointments.

The primary goal of the Employment Specialist is to place people in jobs, meet client needs, and network within the community in a sales capacity. Posting job ads online and on social media is a regular part of your responsibilities.
