1. Fonctions principales du poste

Le rôle du contractuel en validation, est de préparer la documentation de qualification pour :

• Les nouveaux équipements

• Les équipements existants qui font l’objet d’une modification

• Les services utilitaires (HVAC, air comprimé, eau purifiée, BMS,…)

Son rôle consiste aussi à :

• Coordonner et exécuter les essais décrits dans les protocoles et à coordonner les correctifs à apporter avec les autres services.

• Préparer et tenir à jour toute la documentation relative à la qualification des équipements.

• Offrir une expertise technique pour tous les aspects touchant à la qualification.

2. Responsabilité de gestion

Aucune responsabilité de supervision directe n’incombe à ce poste.

3. Principales relations professionnelles (internes / externes)

Partenaires internes : La production, le service de Projets Ingénierie, le service HSE, le service Qualité, le service des achats.

Partenaires externes : Fournisseurs de services, entrepreneurs reliés aux projets

Baccalauréat en sciences ou en ingénierie

Français

Anglais, un atout

5 ans d’expérience en validation

Connaissance des normes canadiennes et américaines

Connaissance du milieu pharmaceutique

Job Title: Contractor, Validation – Engineering

Reports To: Specialist, Validation – Engineering

1. Main Job Functions

The role of the contractor in validation is to prepare the qualification documentation for:

• New equipment

• Existing equipment subject to modification

• Utility services (HVAC, compressed air, purified water, BMS, etc.)

The role also includes:

• Coordinating and executing the tests outlined in the protocols and coordinating any necessary corrections with other departments.

• Preparing and maintaining all documentation related to equipment qualification.

• Providing technical expertise for all aspects related to qualification.

1. Management Responsibility

This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities.

Internal Partners: Production, Engineering Projects Department, HSE Department, Quality Department, Purchasing Department.

External Partners: Service providers, contractors related to projects.
