The Enterprise Business and Relationship Analyst, Information Technology is accountable for ensuring successful management of projects as well as assessment and documentation of business functions related to Thompson Rivers University Information Technology (IT) related initiatives, process, and projects. The position is accountable for fostering strong relationships with business stakeholders and analyzing business needs to drive effective IT solutions. This role acts as a liaison between different departments and the IT team, ensuring that business requirements are understood, translated into actionable plans, and successfully implemented. The individual in this role will play a crucial part in enhancing organizational efficiency, promoting innovation, and driving positive change through the alignment of technology initiatives with business goals. This includes understanding the needs of business units through analysis of the organization’s strategic direction and priorities.MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders by conducting regular meetings and discussions to understand business objectives, challenges and requirements.
