Job Description:We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead and manage day-to-day project management activities for PeopleSoft or Workday implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP project management, stakeholder coordination, and risk management, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and status reports.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to keep projects on track.
- Drive project governance, change management, and best practices for ERP implementations.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, including Agile or Waterfall, as appropriate.
- Manage project documentation, including project plans, risk logs, and stakeholder communication plans.
- Support testing, data migration, training, and go-live readiness activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in ERP project management, specifically with PeopleSoft or Workday projects.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, data conversion, and system integrations.
- Experience working with higher education, government, or public sector clients is a plus.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with on-site and offshore teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing ERP upgrades, data migrations, or cloud transformations.
- Knowledge of Workday implementation frameworks or PeopleSoft application management.
- Familiarity with Workday Studio, Integration Cloud, or PeopleSoft tools like Application Engine, PeopleCode, and Integration Broker.
Location & Work Environment:
- Remote position based in GTA, Canada, with occasional travel as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
