Job Description:We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead and manage day-to-day project management activities for PeopleSoft or Workday implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP project management, stakeholder coordination, and risk management, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors.

• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and status reports.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to keep projects on track.

• Drive project governance, change management, and best practices for ERP implementations.

• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, including Agile or Waterfall, as appropriate.

• Manage project documentation, including project plans, risk logs, and stakeholder communication plans.

• Support testing, data migration, training, and go-live readiness activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in ERP project management, specifically with PeopleSoft or Workday projects.

• Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, data conversion, and system integrations.

• Experience working with higher education, government, or public sector clients is a plus.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is preferred.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with on-site and offshore teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing ERP upgrades, data migrations, or cloud transformations.

• Knowledge of Workday implementation frameworks or PeopleSoft application management.

• Familiarity with Workday Studio, Integration Cloud, or PeopleSoft tools like Application Engine, PeopleCode, and Integration Broker.

Location & Work Environment:

• Remote position based in GTA, Canada, with occasional travel as needed.

• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
