• We are seeking a highly skilled ETL/ELT Developer with expertise in SnapLogic to join our dynamic team.
• The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL/ELT processes, ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of data across various systems and platforms.
• Years of experience needed – 6+ year.

Technical Skills:

• Design and Development: Create robust ETL/ELT pipelines using SnapLogic to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into data warehouses, data lakes, and other target systems.
• Data Integration: Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure seamless integration of data from multiple sources.
• Optimization: Optimize ETL/ELT processes for performance, scalability, and reliability. Identify and resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies in data workflows.
• Data Quality: Implement data quality checks and validation routines to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data throughout the ETL/ELT processes.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of ETL/ELT processes, data mappings, and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve data-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives and provide technical expertise on data integration best practices
• Develop relationships with business partners internally and externally to foster a consistent and outstanding business partner experience.

Certifications Needed:

• Certifications: preferred Snap logic or Equivalent technologies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in ETL/ELT development, with a strong focus on SnapLogic.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SnapLogic, including pipeline design, data transformation, and integration patterns.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and data governance practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript for data manipulation and automation.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills. Work effectively in ambiguous or stressful situations
