Executive Business Partner, Legal & Quality

The Role

As Executive Business Partner, legal & Quality, you’ll work directly with our General Counsel to support strategic initiatives and improve how Legal and Quality teams operate. This is a hands-on role focused on execution—coordinating governance, supporting cross-functional work, managing tools and vendors, and keeping key priorities on track.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure Legal and Quality work is aligned, effective, and supported.

What You’ll Do

???? Support legal and compliance priorities across the business

????️ Coordinate Compliance Committee meetings and follow-ups

???? Manage workflows and cross-team coordination for Legal and Quality

???? Oversee tools and vendors (e.g., Lexion), including renewals and budgets

???? Maintain documentation and support adoption of compliance systems

???? Create presentations, summaries, and briefing materials

???? Own operational logistics tied to projects, vendors, and day-to-day support

???? Act as a liaison between Legal and other teams

What You Bring

▪️ experience supporting a General Counsel or legal leadership team

▪️ Strong project and meeting management skills

▪️ Ability to coordinate work across multiple teams and priorities

▪️ Familiarity with legal operations tools and vendor relationships (Lexion a plus)

▪️ High level of discretion when handling sensitive information

▪️ Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, finance, pharma) is a plus
