Faculty Member, Medical Oncology

The Department of Small Animal Clinical Sciences, Western College of Veterinary Medicine, invites applications for a tenure track faculty position in Medical Oncology beginning July 1, 2026, or by negotiation.

Applicants must have a DVM (or equivalent), be eligible for licensure to practice veterinary medicine in Saskatchewan, and hold Diplomate status with the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (Oncology) or have credentials acceptable to the ACVIM (Oncology) at the time the appointment becomes effective. Possession of an advanced degree is desirable. This position will have a 75% clinical commitment and a 25% formal teaching commitment.

Salary bands for this position are: Assistant Professor – $110,489 to $131,909; Associate Professor – $131,909 to $153,329; and Professor – $153,329 to $187,319; and is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
