Work based out of McGill’s Center for Indigenous Peoples’ Nutrition and Environment (CINE), McGill’s Department of Natural Resource Sciences (NRS), and the EcoCenter in Kanesatake. Visit multiple sites per day, and collect water, soil, and plants according to scientific protocols. Need to inventory samples at Kanesatake and at McGill’s Macdonald Campus. Process samples in the lab. Work with team members to develop study protocols. Support team members in writing reports.Schedule will be 35 hours/week from April 1, 2025 until August 31, 2025.Other Qualifying Skills and/or AbilitiesHigh school diploma with some experience with the activities described in the position. Must have a connection with Kanesatake First Nations.
