This role needs someone who can work independently, communicate well, and analyze situations. The Field Service Technician also provides technical support to call center and internal teams. The Field Service Technician performs on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs on Topcon’s eye care equipment and examination lanes. Written communication skills, such as making estimates and follow-ups within internal protocols, are important.KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Education & Experience:
Le technicien de service sur le terrain pour le Québec et les Maritimes est chargé d’inspecter et de réparer les instruments. Ce rôle nécessite une personne capable de travailler de manière autonome, de bien communiquer et d’analyser les situations. Le technicien de service sur le terrain fournit également un support technique aux équipes du centre d’appels et internes. Il effectue des installations, des maintenances et des réparations sur site des équipements ophtalmologiques et des salles d’examen de Topcon.
