We are currently recruiting for a large industrial manufacturer in Port Coquitlam. This client is looking for a Full-Time Temporary Finance Administrator to support their Finance team!

This role is schedule to start on Monday January 5th for a 1 month Temporary Contract.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Proficient with MS Suite: Excel (V-LookUps & Pivot Tables) and SAP
• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments
• Upbeat, personable team player
• Must be detail-oriented, accurate & strong time management skills
• Excellent communication skills: written & verbal & ability to work with colleagues on an international scale
• Employment References & a Triton Background check will be conducted upon further consideration of a candidate

Duties:

• Process A/P invoices, payments & supplier reconciliations
• Receive & verify project related A/P invoices
  • ensure proper PO #’s, taxes, coding & approvals
• Process A/R invoices, issuing invoices in a timely manner to customers to maximize cash flow requirements
• Collecting employee expenses/credit card statements, manage reimbursements as required
• Oversee monthly reconciliations
• Maintain the A/R Ledger, follow-up on customer outstanding amounts
• Maintain the vacation tracking system to ensure the accurate balances for employees
• Other duties as assigned to support the Finance Department
