HR 25%The Finance and HR Executive Officer provides a wide range of Finance services to Country Based Staff across the Canada Network. The Canada Network comprises of the British High Commission in Ottawa and Consulate Generals in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, and Vancouver.The Finance and HR Executive Officer is responsible for the application of rules, procedures, and polices for payroll, budget, forecasting and processing and analysing One HMG Cost Cards.The Finance and HR Executive Officer supports the Network Finance Manager and administers and facilities finance guidance, advice, and direction to the Canada Network.The Finance and HR Executive Officer supports the HR Network Manager and administers and facilities HR related guidance, advice, and direction to the Canada Network.The Finance and HR Executive Officer line manages the Corporate Services Officer, HR and Finance (Grade AO) and Finance Officer (Grade AO).The Finance and HR Executive Officer demonstrates workplace professionalism, honesty, integrity, effective behaviours, and a positive attitude.Roles and responsibilities:
