- $25.00-$34.00/hour depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Perform installation, service, and/or repair of wet-pipe, dry-pipe, and pre-action fire sprinkler systems
- Test and Inspect Fire Alarms
- Perform periodic inspections per National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 25 standards, (NFPA) 72 chapter 14 inspections – internal piping inspections, obstruction investigations, flow tests, and hydro tests
- Provide accurate documentation through the use of Service Trade and state/local documentation as required
- Record and document all inspections, repairs, discrepancies, and recommendations
- Maintain a good positive relationship with the customer and pass on information to the appropriate personnel for follow-up, quotes, questions, or concerns

- At least 2 years of Fire Sprinkler experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, inspecting, and repairing fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems
- NICET Level 2 Fire Sprinkler ITM
- NICET Level 2 FAS (Fire Alarm Systems)
- WA Sprinkler Fitters Card
- WA Backflow License
- Oregon Backflow License
- Certificate of Fitness City of Portland in Fire Sprinklers
- Certificate of Fitness City of Portland in Fire Extinguishers
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Frequent lifting and carrying of toolboxes, tools, equipment, parts, cabling, and/or wiring
- Capability to push or pull up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned beyond the scope of this description
- Clean driving record
- Successful completion of a clean background check
- Clear drug screen result
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
