This is where our Marketing team comes in.About the roleThis is a fixed term position from January 2025 – December 2025 responsible for tactical planning and execution of omni-channel retail merchandising at Dyson third party retailers for all product categories. This includes but is not limited to: fixtures, signage, in-store video, and e-commerce product pages and brand stores.Main accountabilities:1. Omni-Channel Retail ExecutionDigital and In-Store Marketing: Manage in-store and online merchandising initiatives adhering to Dyson guidelinesRetailer Collaboration: Work with retailers to align their unique environments with Dyson’s brand vision, ensuring consistent, premium in-store and online brandingStakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment across Marketing, Sales, Finance and Center of Excellence2. Project and Production ManagementFollow Project and Production Processes: Oversee in-store projects from inception through to completion, managing briefing, production and installationVendor Management: Review quotes, select suppliers, raise POs, and ensure timely vendor paymentCoordinate Design and Production: Oversee the preparation and management of large-format production files for print and digital channels, including coordinating with designers and approving 2D graphic proofs to ensure high-quality output.Store Visits – Conduct in-store field audits for new project opportunities and provide photo reporting after new program implementationRetail Maintenance & Troubleshooting – Ongoing maintenance support for in-field displays, including troubleshooting display deficiencies, coordinating repairs with vendors, and partnering with Dyson field team representatives3. E-Commerce Content and ComplianceDigital Content Management: Author digital briefs, manage asset approvals, store approved assets in centralized location, and provide materials to the sales team to deploy to retailersManage Copy Matrix and Translation: Own copy matrix for NPD projects, managing French translations with DocumenCompliance Auditing: Regularly audit digital content pages to ensure alignment with Dyson’s brand standards and requirements4. Budget and Performance ManagementBudget Oversight: Manage budgets for projects, ensuring efficient spendPerformance Tracking and Analysis: Maintain retail activity trackers, work with Sales & Analytics to report results from key programsAbout youA detail-oriented and collaborative professional with the following qualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in project management of retail initiatives from retail displays to fixture systems; familiarity with graphic design workflows and production artwork processes preferredBachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing or related disciplineStrong communication skills; this person can present information (both written and oral) clearly and conciselyProject management skills; this person must be able to plan and execute until completion of the projectAbility to run multiple projects simultaneouslyAttention to detail, organization, and accuracyCuriosity and initiative to explore and learnExperience with MS Office – especially Excel and Powerpoint; Adobe Photoshop preferred but not requiredBenefitsAt Dyson, how we reward you is linked to our high-performance culture.
