Job Description

Our Foremen oversee personnel, equipment, materials, and supplies to ensure assigned projects are implemented in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and preparing personnel for their roles within projects;
  • Organizing all the resources required for successful project completion;
  • Working with the Field Service Coordinator in the allocation of personnel, equipment, and other resources;
  • Preparing and submitting project status reports and ensuring contractual obligations are met;
  • Completing, communicating, and executing change orders before any additional work is performed;
  • Accurate and timely submission of required paperwork;
  • Actively developing direct reports through regular discussions about performance feedback, development opportunities, and career planning;
  • Timely reporting of all work-related accidents and incidents.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in performing heavy equipment operation.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Prior supervisory experience a plus.
  • Prior Experience in Environmental Service operations preferred.
