Benefits ContractDetailsJob Description :Our Client is looking for a Product Manager for a Hybrid role in Toronto, ON.Must Have Primary Skills :Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with a strong focus on capital markets products.
• understanding of capital markets products and processes.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with agile development methodologies

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or other advanced degree
Experience with financial technology startups.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for capital markets products Proven Experience In :Responsibilities:Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for initiatives in Capital Markets.Gather and document product requirements, including functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure efficient and timely product development.Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility.Work closely with stakeholders to drive programs and product goals.Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and training materials.Analyze product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.Drive product launches and manage product lifecycle.Manage multiple, concurrent projects and programs from initiation through delivery in the Capital Markets domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget, and timelines.Executive presence and drive program delivery conversations with senior stakeholdersFacilitate coordination among technology, operations, and compliance teams to ensure a seamless execution of initiatives across different functions.Provide timely and accurate program reports to stakeholders and senior management, detailing progress, financials, risks, and mitigation strategiesSEND RESUME TO SGERARD@FINNEY-TAYLOR.COM
