• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science.
• Valid Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)certification.
• 10 years’ experience in a Business Analysis role implementing or upgrading ICT systems designed to support process improvement and infrastructure in the Public sector.
• 5 years’ experience in business process mapping activities aimed at reducing overall cost and inefficiencies to the organization.
• 3 years’ experience mapping and migrating datathat contains sensitive patient or clientinformation.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• 1 year of experience demonstrating proficiency using the Smartsheet software in a project environment.
• 7 years’ experience developing training material and delivering end user training following the implementation of an information system.
• 5 years’ experience performing quality assurance and testing in information systems’ projects.
• 2 years of experience working on projects relating to the implementation of a patient safety and critical incident reporting solution in a healthcare setting.

Proven Experience In :A service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology.
