We are investing in our tech stack to improve data structure, automation, scalability, and software quality, tackling the complex task of maintaining a comprehensive database of payer policy data.Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to the team, including conducting code reviews and reporting roadblocks.
• Analyze situations, troubleshoot and problem solve independently or with a team, ensuring proper post-incident analysis and process improvements are implemented.
• Contribute to projects with a mix of front-end and back-end code to achieve project goals.
• Work towards departmental goals like improving technical project estimates’ accuracy, enhancing critical test coverage, and ensuring overall code quality.

Essential Skills

• Autonomous experience as a full-stack developer with a 50/50 front/back end split.
• Proficiency in relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MariaDB).
• Experience in PHP or strong Python/GoLang skills.
• Proficiency in Typescript and React.
• Strong testing experience (Unit tests, automated tests).
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Redux, Webpack, Laravel, Zend/Laminas.
• End-to-end testing experience.
• Knowledge of PHP Units and PyTest.
