4FMV is looking for a Contract Full Stack Developer for a client located just steps from Union Station. This is a hybrid role requiring you to be in the office 2 days per week. The contract is budgeted for 11 months with a chance of renewal. You will design, develop, and implement software applications and enhance their existing Java based billing and payment applications.What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop new application functionality
• Provide enhancements to a billing application and a consumer facing application
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with other application and business teams to triage production issues and understand new requirements

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
• 5 years of experience in Java / Angular development is required
• Experience with enhancing billing / payment applications, ecommerce sites, and or consumer facing applications
• Experience with Angular, Java, J2EE systems, JSP/Servlet, JavaScript, HTML and XML is required
• Hibernate, Spring Framework for web application development is required
• Experience with relational databases (including Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL) is required
• Understand responsive design
• Knowledgeable of design patterns and data structures
• Experience with DevOps
