This is a customer facing position; to be successful in this role, the candidate must have exceptional customer service skills and a drive to provide outstanding, personalized service. The Driver is responsible for safe and timely delivery of steel and wooden frames to clients within a designated area.

Role Requirements

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be 25 years of age (Required)
• 2 years of driving experience (Required) – G license, minimum
• Clean driver’s abstract – minimum 2 years in Ontario (Required)
• Delivery driving experience (mandatory)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently

Role Responsibilities:On a daily basis, complete the following duties:

• Drive the company vehicle following all safety rules, and Ministry of Transportation laws.
• Loading and unloading of company vehicles – You will be working with metal and wooden frames (Heavy lifting)
• Use the route management system to complete deliveries and adhere to the optimal route schedule.
• Perform the delivery function with a focus on imparting exceptional customer service.
• Consistently follow all delivery Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Assist with loading/unloading of items to client/warehouse, using proper safe lifting technique.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions to meet our customer demands
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
