Salary: $18.34 per hourPosition Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our clients team in Kingsville, Ontario. This position is full-time hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. As a General Labourer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks in a greenhouse setting, supporting operations, and ensuring the work area remains clean and organized. We are looking for someone who is easy-going, quick to train, and works well as part of a team.Responsibilities:

• Assist in sorting, packaging, and labeling of products
• Perform manual labor tasks including lifting and moving of product
• Ensure all products are packaged according to company stanards and prepared for shipment
• Perform routine cleaning of greenhouse, and ensure safe and organized environment.

Must Haves:

• 2+ years of experience in a greenhouse, warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as within a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to the job site (This location is not on a bus route)

Working Conditions:

• Work will be conducted in both indoor and outdoor environments, including greenhouses and warehouse settings
• May require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols.
