Become a maker of possible with us.Relevant du Directeur national des ventes, le Responsable de territoire bilingue – Chirurgie, basé à Montréal (QC), est responsable de stimuler la croissance et d’accroître la présence sur le marché tout en gérant le portefeuille existant en chirurgie. Ce rôle implique de soutenir les clients dans la région de Montréal, d’identifier et de développer un solide pipeline d’opportunités commerciales alignées à la fois sur les objectifs de l’entreprise et ceux de ses clients.Vous serez chargé de gérer et de développer les affaires existantes dans le territoire assigné, de fournir un soutien clinique et technique lors des interventions chirurgicales, et de superviser l’inventaire en consignation afin d’assurer la disponibilité et la conformité. Il est essentiel de rester à jour sur les évolutions des produits, le paysage concurrentiel et la dynamique des systèmes hospitaliers, en particulier au sein du bloc opératoire.De plus, vous établirez et maintiendrez des relations solides et constructives avec les parties prenantes clés, notamment les chirurgiens, médecins, infirmiers, techniciens en chirurgie, équipes de gestion des matériaux et administrateurs hospitaliers. Ce rôle exige un haut niveau de compétence clinique, une expertise technique approfondie et la capacité de naviguer dans des environnements hospitaliers complexes tout en apportant de la valeur à l’organisation et à ses clients.Responsabilités du poste :
