About Client:

• The position will involve applying practical skills for the implementation and support of GKE Clusters.
• As a GKE platform engineer, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that Micro-services applications run on.
• You’ll focus on supporting project delivery for new workload being deployed on GKE
• Years of experience needed – 5- 8 year.

Technical Skills:

• Expert in administering GKE or other Kubernetes environments.
• Strong Kubernetes troubleshooting experience.
• Good Knowledge of Kafka.
• Strong understanding of GCP core foundation, Azure DevOps, Terraform for Cloud, Git, REST API.
• Strong knowledge of YAML, and JSON formats.
• Understanding of networking.
• Programming experience (Python)
• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux-based OS commands.
• Platform Infrastructure knowledge.
• Knowledge of GCP AI & Machine Learning Products & Services.
• Basic Knowledge of GCP networking: Interconnect, VPC, VPC-SC, VPC Firewall, subnet, Cloud DNS, route, etc.
• Practical skills in Dev Tools.
• Setting up, using and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Writing documentation for the processes and infrastructure you create.
• Cooperation with developers and support teams to understand new requirements.
• Nice to have Architecture and Design experiences of GKE Platform in a large/complex environment.
