Historical consciousness and accounting for how historical knowledge impacts worldviews and consequent intentions for bringing about change in the world. Explores key authors who have defined historical consciousness, and the impact of their ideas on teaching and conducting research in the social sciences, with a particular focus on education.Estimated Number of Positions: 1Salary: $17.75 per hour for a total of 60 hours (estimated)Responsibilities:Provide assistance with grading assignments.May have to attend classes (M, 11:35 AM- 2:25 PM)Qualifications:Master’s or PhD student, preferably enrolled at McGillStrong language skills, preferably in English and French.Familiarity with course content.Knowledge of MyCourses – Experience with grading.DISE graduate students will be given priority.Ability to grade in English and French is an asset.Bilingual is an asset.McGill University is Committed to Equity in EmploymentPosting Period: November 20, 2024 – November 22, 2024 (inclusive)Position Start Date: 12/23/2024
