Location: Sidney, BC (Greater Victoria area)Are you a UK, Australasian or U.S trained GP looking for a rewarding lifestyle and career change in Canada? Our physician-led clinic, located on the stunning west coast, is seeking a dedicated GP to join our team under BC’s innovative Longitudinal Family Practice (LFP) model.This is a rare opportunity to practise medicine with a strong income guarantee, low overhead, and full relocation support — all in a community known for its natural beauty, safety, and quality of life.Position Overview:We are recruiting Family Physicians to join our established private practice in Sidney, BC. You’ll be working under the LFP payment model, with additional earnings available through Fee-for-Service (FFS) billings.Compensation & Package:
- Guaranteed annual income of $385,000 CAD, backed by the BC Ministry of Health
- 75/25% split on FFS billings on top (you retain 75%)
- Earning potential above $500,000 CAD per year
- $10,000 CAD relocation bonus
- 3-year contract with opportunity to extend
- Flexible schedule, typically 3–5 days per week
- Patient volume: 18–20 patients per day – designed for quality over quantity
- Full support provided for CPSBC registration, immigration, and relocation logistics

Ideal Candidate:
- GMC-registered GP or American Board Certified in Family Medicine with recent general practice experience
- Eligible for or open to obtaining licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC)
- Ready to commit to living and working in Canada for a minimum of 3 years
- Passionate about continuity of care and patient-centred medicine
