Under the general supervision of the Manager or designate, the Health Care Aide (HCA) assists clients/patients/ residents with activities of daily living, providing direct client/patient/resident care, within established standards of care, policies and procedures. The HCA functions in meeting the special and changing needs of clients/patients/residents and assisting them in reaching and maintaining optimum health and independence within the limits of their abilities.The HCA demonstrates a commitment to the vision, values, goals, and objectives of the region/site/program.Aperçu du poste

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred.
