Position ScopeNACG are seeking Grader Operators to join our remote mining site team in the Fort McMurray area. You must be well-organized and favor safety above everything else.Site: Syncrude AuroraSchedule: 14 x 7, 12 hours (paid for 11.5 hours) (Days and nights)Accommodations: Not provided. You are responsible for your own accommodations in Fort McMurray.Transportation: Bussing provided from Fort McMurray to site (before and after shifts)Overtime: Provided after 8 hours a day or 44 hours a weekHourly Rate: Up to $51.29 per hourWe are proud to work with the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 955. Successful candidates will become a part of that union.Qualifications

• Minimum 1 Years’ experience operating 16/24 Grader M and/or H series.
• Minimium one year experience in reclamation work
• Must be able to read grade stakes and be familair with GPS.
• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

• Have experience as requested as mentioned above
• Subject to Random Testing at: Suncor, Suncor Fort Hills and Kearl sites
• Undergo and successfully pass the following testing:

• Breath Alcohol Test
• Urine Drug Test
• Fitness-to-Work Assessment
• Audiometric Testing
• Vision Screening
• Criminal Record Check

Shift, site, and start times are subject to change.All successful candidates MUST provide the following items prior to confirmation of their start date: * CSO or BSO Certification

• Copy of Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Copy of recent Driver’s Abstract
• VOID cheque/direct deposit form
• Silica Awareness

Once dispatched the following processes will occur: * Will receive a call from NACG to set up all required pre-employment testing

• An email will be sent with all required New Hire Paperwork to be filled out
• After all results are received by NACG candidates will be contacted by Site Admin to schedule orientation and confirm your start date and other site specific details.
