Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment efficiently while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to prevent malfunctions.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain product quality and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including output levels and machine performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations within the workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training is a plus.
• Previous experience in an operator role or similar position is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights or weekends if necessary.
