Key Responsibilities

Join our award-winning Housekeeping department, where excellence in guest service and room quality is our top priority. We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to support our Housekeeping Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations throughout the weekend, ensuring our guests enjoy an immaculate and welcoming stay. This role involves both leadership and hands-on responsibilities, and is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality. Key duties include:

• Lead, coach, and inspire our team of room attendants, housepersons, and laundry attendants by setting a positive example.

• Oversee and inspect the cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

• Address guest requests, concerns, and issues promptly to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

• Assist in administrative functions, including scheduling, payroll, and departmental training to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or front office in a hotel setting.

• Schedule flexibility AM, PM, Weekends and Holidays is essential.

• A degree in Hotel Management and experience with Opera software are assets.

• Physical ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 100 lbs, and to bend, stoop, and reach as needed to assist team members.

• Proficiency in English; French language skills are preferred.

• A self-motivated personality with a calm and professional demeanor.

• Consistently professional appearance and strong communication skills.

• Team-oriented, willing to assist colleagues, and committed to providing outstanding service to guests.
