Employee On-Boarding for new hires, including international mobility.
Workforce Administration/Employee Data Management.
Employee Inquiries/HR case management tool.
Data Governance.
I-9 Immigration Compliance (US only).
Responsibilities
Employee On-Boarding: Act as the primary point of contact for new joiners to ensure positive Employee Experience, collaborate with teams to issue offer letters, and manage data entry into HR systems.
Workforce Administration: Support onboarding of new joiners, validate employee data, administer employee data attributes, and support leaver operational tasks.
Employee Inquiries: Serve as a point of contact for HR policy questions, partner with the Benefits team, and act as a subject matter expert for the Employee Handbook.
Data Governance: Ensure Data Governance Principles are respected across HR IT systems and support data auditing.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3 years of HR experience preferred.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
Client service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with HR and Business stakeholders and work as part of a multicultural team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
English and French language required.
