Job Title:-HR Analyst III
Location:- Montreal QC (Hybrid)
Duration:- 6+ Months Contract (With Possibility of extension)Responsibilities:

• Monitor the execution on an ongoing basis of all H/R controls identified in the control plan
• Ensure appropriate action plans are developed and implemented to improve processes, prevent operational risk incidents and mitigate the key risks
• Contribute to and enhance the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) for H/R, ability to challenge and conduct negotiations with leaders from various functions (Risk, Compliance, TPRM)
• Be exposed to H/R Management and Senior Management for regular presentations on Budget and Controls.
• Assist H/R teams on operational risk matters (audit related queries, etc.).
• Act as primary liaison between H/R and local/global OPC teams.
• Promote best practices in terms of operational risk management (such as enhancement of Control & Risk trainings and awareness sessions for H/R).
• Prepare ad-hoc reports (Business Continuity Plan, H/R Governance and Controls dashboard enhancements).

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to operate autonomously
• Ability to be well organized and to be multi-tasking
• Ability to work as part of a multicultural team
• Ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and to be client-oriented
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (especially Word, Excel and Power Point)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience/training
• Knowledge of HR processes
• Knowledge of the banking industry
• Analytical and project management skills a plus
