• Salary Range for HR Manager from $80,000 to $85,000 / year

At our Cascades in Ottawa, ON you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the recovery division of our team as the Human Resources Manager:

• Efficiently plan workforce requirements, including succession, in alignment with budgets.
• Establish training plans for employee development.
• Provide coaching to supervisors on objectives, compensation, performance reviews, and skills development.
• Oversee labor relations management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and business processes, offering coaching and support to managers as needed.

• Possess operational expertise in diverse HR areas such as compensation, benefits, talent management, etc.
• Bilingual in french and english is required
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity in understanding Cascades’ value chain and its stakeholders.
• Experienced in change management and integrating continuous improvement concepts.
• Exhibits strong leadership, fostering buy-in for proposed solutions.
• Proficient in analyzing performance indicators to prioritize HR actions, while supporting a customer-focused culture and effective communication.
