Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is looking for a dynamic, strategic and results-driven professional to join our Pickering Computers and Controls Design team in the role of Human Factors Engineer.Reporting to the Manager of Process Control, Security & Human Factors Engineering (HFE), the position will provide Human Factors Engineering Services to OPG Nuclear Generating Stations, Nuclear Waste and Advanced Inspection and Maintenance teams. The candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to Ontario Power Generation by coordinating and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders and provide HFE services to a number of projects in order to achieve our goal of minimizing probability of human errors, and reducing consequences of human errors at Ontario Power Generation.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

It is not typical for the salary to be offered near the top of the range, and salary is dependent on numerous factors. For management roles, the base salary range does not represent the total compensation package. The total compensation package for regular full-time management roles includes pay-for-performance programs for annual and medium time periods.
