As an HR Business Partner, you will support multiple locations across Ontario, with a home base in the West GTA. You will take the lead on key areas such as employee relations, engagement, and HR operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to shift from tactical HR work to a more strategic role within a growing organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations (ER) and engagement across several locations in Ontario.
- Provide support on HR operations with a focus on talent management, development, and retention.
- Work within a non-union, hourly workforce, ensuring smooth HR processes and practices.
- Travel to multiple locations in Ontario for regular onsite visits, with bi-weekly travel to the corporate office in downtown Toronto.
- Collaborate closely with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition (TA) staff to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience as an HRBP in multi-unit environments (healthcare, retail, or manufacturing).
- Expertise in employee relations, engagement, and talent management, with a proven ability to handle sensitive HR matters.
- Strong background in both tactical HR operations and strategic planning.
- Ability to work autonomously and provide thoughtful, proactive solutions.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and drive change within a growing organization.
- Comfortable with travel and managing multiple sites.
