Position: Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Saint-Laurent – Hybrid

– At least a DEC in Human Resources or higher education
– At least 1 year of experience as an HR Coordinator with hands-on experience in ADP WFN
– A highly ambitious, proactive go-getter with excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous learning and growth
– Strong knowledge of Quebec Labor StandardsKey Responsibilities:– Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding to build and welcome top talent
– Accurately manage employee data in the HRIS for seamless operations
– Oversee health insurance enrollment and termination to ensure employee well-being
– Coordinate vacation requests and plan engaging social events to foster a positive work culture
– Assist with the payroll cycle (training provided) to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
– Maintain the training database to support staff development and prepare payroll entries
– Conduct insightful exit interviews and keep manuals up-to-date for continuous improvement
– Manage general HR tasks and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe and efficient workplace
