Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our client. The successful candidate will assist in a variety of duties including recruitment, interviewing, training, Human Resources assistantThis is a 3 – 6 month project position with possible extension– $30- $35/hour based on experience in Human Resources & Recruiting,
– Hours: 7 am – 4 pm, Monday to Friday. – At facility

– Assist with Job postings , screening, resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
> Maintain and update employee files, HR database, and documentation
> HR compliance and Policy support. Ensure HR processing align with company policies and labor laws
>Training and development Coordination.Qualifications
> Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
> Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
> Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and HR software within a team
> Ability to work independently and collaborativelySummary
