Our client has a requirement for an HVC Business Analyst – Rack Back and Rack Forward
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 18-30 months ( initial contract 18 months
Location: HIGHLY PREFER Calgary based
Delivery: Hybrid (Onsite when required/largely remote)
Travel: ADHOC travel will be required for key project milestones
Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP implementation, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing Hydrocarbon processes within SAP environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP MM (Material Master), TD (Transportation & Distribution), SD (Sales & Distribution) modules.

• Strong project management abilities, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management: results-focused, team-oriented.
• Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally with technical and non-technical staff.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• A continuous improvement and continuous learning mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA certification.
• Experience with other SAP modules and integrations.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
• Experience in training and supporting end-users.

Education:

• Related post-secondary degree, preferably in Computer Science or Business Finance/Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
