Reporting to the Senior Principal, Safety, Flight Ops & Sustainability Consulting, the incumbent will participate in the consulting activities of the SFO consulting department.
Assist SFO Consultants in preparing technical material (reports, presentations, etc.) in the frame of the projects delivered by SFO Consulting.
Coordinate logistics issues.
Engage with Subject Matter Experts to gauge their interest in participating in SFO Consulting projects.
Assist SFO Consultants in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
Provide active follow-up with clients / potential clients and deliver outstanding customer service through timely response to client’s requests.
Assist SFO Consultants to update the commercial pipeline including the updating of projects credentials.
You possess a University degree (Bachelor or Masters) and have graduated within the last 12 months.
You have experience in the air transport industry.
You have knowledge and/or experience in research projects, preferably in the field of aviation safety.
You possess excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to write reports in English and present them to managers.
You have a strong analytical mind-set .
You possess a high level of computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access & Project.
Knowledge of additional languages would definitively be an advantage.
