– Working days: Monday – Friday
– Hours of operation: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
– 5-month contract

• Manage the full lifecycle of user access for employees, contractors, third-party users,

and brokers-including onboarding, access changes, and offboarding.

• Perform user administration across systems such as Active Directory, ISAM, LDAP, and

other business-critical applications.

• Support internal and external audits by collecting and reviewing evidence, and

developing remediation plans as needed.

• Ensure service requests are resolved within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Participate in projects related to Access Management and Broker Sanctioning, following

the full project lifecycle.

• Maintain and enhance operational processes to align with enterprise governance, risk,

and compliance standards.

• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency

and service quality.

• Maintain documentation and procedures in support of security policies and audit

controls.Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional

certification.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), preferably

within a financial or insurance institution.

• Certifications such as ITIL or (ISC)² (e.g., SSCP, CISSP) are considered valuable assets.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles: Least Privilege, Segregation of Duties,

Confidentiality, and Integrity.

• Familiarity with Access Management tools and technologies is an asset, including:
• SailPoint IdentityNow
• Active Directory
• LDAP
• IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM)
• Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• CyberArk
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate

effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

• Strong organizational and time management skills-self-motivated, efficient, and able to

prioritize tasks.

• A team player who shares knowledge and supports peers within the IAM provisioning

team.

• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
