Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Imaging Technician to join our client.Contract Dates: 3 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $17.21 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Onsite)Job Responsibilities:

• Open, prepare, and sort all mail slated for digital imaging and subsequent processing
• Analyze content of documents to identify the business unit to which it belongs
• Apply appropriate tracking methodology for specific mail streams and processes
• Performing document scanning on high-speed scanners
• Monitor workflow queues to troubleshoot imaging issues as necessary

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• 1 + years’ experience operating office equipment and ability to trouble shoot minor hardware and software issues
• This role requires lifting scanned boxes approximately 20-30 lbs
• Tech savvy and quick learner who can pick up on internal systems

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills
