What you’ll achieve

As a Inside Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for selling Dell’s products and services while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts. You will support the field sales leader while working effectively in a team environment towards goals.

You will:

•Assist customers and partners in developing business solutions using Dell’s products and services

•Manage several large accounts

•Continuously improve approaches and methods of selling company products and services

•Build customer relationships through thought leadership

•Develop relationships with key vendors to better position industry technology within the company solution

Essential Requirements

•Solid understanding of the full range of products and services and the ability to identify how these products and services align to customer needs

•Capacity to leverage cross-functional resources to achieve customer results

•Ability to teach, coach, and motivate others to improve performance, including providing feedback and identifying development opportunities

•2 to 5 years of experience in a relationship selling role

•Bachelor’s degree

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $119,000 – $154,000, which includes base salary and commissions.
