This position will work closely with Regional Sales Managers to promote and support the sale of Axis Communications products and solutions within the Alberta territory. A cover letter is highly appreciated!What you’ll do here as an Inside Sales Account ManagerInvestigate and analyze customer needs to evaluate available options and customized solutions; recommend appropriate camera solutions and provide product comparisons.Research, identify, and follow up with new prospects, leveraging the Sales team for assistance.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, resellers, integrators, and partners.Proactively work with partners to develop a strong partnership with Axis and support their growth.Analyze channel partner program eligibility and either approve or reject applications.Motivate regional sales managers, identify opportunities, and determine the best customers to pursue, allocating resources effectively to achieve sales goals.Provide technical tours of the Axis Experience Centre (AEC) and virtually demonstrate Axis products and solutions.Strategize, solicit, and drive attendance to trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, webinars, and other promotional sales activities.Stay up to date with Axis products, solutions, and tools.Who are we looking for/Who are you?Experience in a sales call center environmentCommitment to both external and internal customer satisfactionCharismatic and able to quickly build connections with customers and colleaguesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, database systems, and CRM tools (CRM, Salesforce, Chat)Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrated attention to detail and the ability to execute tasks effectivelyResponsible with an independent driveSolid technical skills, including an understanding of networking infrastructureWe’d love to hear that you have:Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area2+ years in sales driven positionPhysical Demands and Travel:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Physical Demands: Employee is occasionally required to lift 10-20 lbsTravel up to 15% annuallyPay range:The approximate pay range for this location and position is $68-75K OTE (80%=Base and 20%=Commission).
