Salary: $21.63 – $24.04

Our client, a leading HVAC services company, is seeking an experienced Install Planner to play a key role in coordinating and planning installation projects, driving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. If you’re a motivated and organized individual who thrives in a busy setting, we’d love to hear from you!

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Schedule and coordinate water heater installations, optimizing resource allocation and time management
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and suppliers to confirm installation details and address any concerns
• Monitor installation progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet changing demands
• Order and process water heater inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of installations and inventory, including customer information, service reports, and inventory logs
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide support during the sales process
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Other duties as assigned

Required skills and qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in administration, inventory management, or a related field
• Previous experience in the HVAC industry is an asset, but not essential
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Strong conflict resolution skills to de-escalate tense situations
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and respond to emergencies
• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Experience with CRM or inventory management systems is a strong asset
