Work That Matters, People Who Care.Job DescriptionWHAT’S THE JOB?We are looking for a skilled IT HCM Project Manager who will manage, coordinate and lead our Human Capital Management (HCM)/ Workforce Management (WFM) project implementation. You will perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure the successful delivery of the HCM/WFM implementation.An IT HCM Project Manager must be knowledgeable in project management and coordination of HCM software, such as Workday, Dayforce or UKG. They must be critical thinkers and problem-solvers with great attention to detail.

• Successfully manage delivery of end-to-end HCM project
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication strategies
• Manage project budgets, analyze, change orders, other invoices associated with the project and integrate any impact of any changes into the project overall plan
• Identify project risks, problems, and issues as early as possible; ensure mitigating actions are in place to minimize impact.
• Develop and deliver progress reports and escalate any issues, as appropriate, in a timely manner
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely, professional manner and on an ongoing basis.
• Lead regular project reviews with Project Team and with project stakeholders and senior management to keep the project on track and on budget
• Ensure the proper approvals are completed at the appropriate project milestones, and ensure adherence to all standard components of the system development cycle

QualificationsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 5+ Years of relevant HCM experience (Dayforce, Workday, UKG)
• 2+ years of experience leading an HCM project implementation
• Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelors degree
• PMP certification will be a definite asset.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals and objectives
• Focused on details, highly organized and works effectively with shifting priorities and rapid change
• Situational awareness and effective problem solving
• Office environment with a flexible work schedule, potentially requiring work on evenings, weekends and travel as necessary.
