Please direct any accommodation requests to our recruitment team.Primary functionThis position is responsible to lead the delivery of multiple year IT programs, products and project service streams, and works as a direct lead support to the Manager, IT Programs, Products, & Projects Delivery Services. As a Lead, you will be assigned to the Microsoft portfolio area to keep the system and software development programs, products and projects on task and oversee the various work streams that overlap, compete and/or conflict and this work must be coordinated and prioritized to ensure implementation and delivery success. This role will lead in coordinating all communication to IT management, and helping to address issues such as resources conflicts, system release and staging system changes.As a primary assignment the Lead, will focus on the delivery system services that fall under the infrastructure and operations portfolio, and oversee the programs, projects and related services.Home Location: Toronto Provincial Office
