Job Description:

We are searching for the top talent for an Information Technology Leader responsible to support Supply Chain business processes, to be located in Markham, Ontario, Canada.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Leader to drive innovation and align technology strategies with business objectives with clear key results, and lead our organization through transformative technology initiatives. As a pivotal member of MedTech SC Canada team, the Technology Leader will be responsible for shaping and executing the technology vision for multiple IT SC products while ensuring a seamless integration of technology solutions to enhance business operations. Work in close partnership with Supply Chain Business Leaders to set function & regional vision and strategically manage and prioritize technology demands.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Alignment: Work closely with business leaders to understand the needs, objectives, and challenges of the organization and translate them into technology solutions.

Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between IT teams and various sectors of the company, building bridges, facilitating communication, and ensuring that IT solutions meet the specific demands of each area.

Technology Consulting: Provide guidance and insights on technology best practices, proposing innovative solutions that can improve operational efficiency, productivity, and the competitiveness of the company.

Development and Implementation of Strategies: Develop strategy and tactical plans for Technical Product Management, including identifying new opportunities for innovation and prioritize IT roadmap based on Business objectives and key results relevant to the company’s growth plans.

Change Management: Assist in the management of organizational changes involving technology, ensuring that employees are adequately trained and prepared to adopt new technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.

• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, demonstrating successful technology strategy development and execution.

• Proven experience in SAP solutions, mainly in Sales & Distribution and Warehouse Management areas.

• Strong Deliver Supply Chain business acumen with the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• In-depth knowledge of current and emerging technologies and their application to supply chain business operations.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP experience, SD, WM, and MM. SAP-PLAN is also desired.

• Experience in leading digital transformation projects.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and Product and Portfolio Management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
